How we think about what you pay for
A Watch is one customer capability
with a defined service level, not an unlimited bundle of arbitrary expensive probes. Each plan carries a published fair-use probe budget.
Add-ons are transparent
Voice minutes, premium vantage points, private locations and long video retention are priced as allowances you can see.
Exposure discovery is included
enough to strengthen the journey product. Full cloud context and identified attack paths will be separate enterprise modules later.
Annual contracts map to commitments
coverage and response commitments, not raw consumption discounts alone.
Pricing questions
What counts as a Watch?
A Watch is one customer capability with a defined service level, for example "Customers can buy a policy from the UK every five minutes". It can use several probes (HTTP, DNS, API, browser) and still count as one Watch. It is not an unlimited bundle of arbitrary expensive probes: each plan carries a fair-use probe budget that we publish in the app.
Do you charge for browser minutes?
No. We choose the cheapest sufficient probe for each assertion and absorb the cost inside the Watch price. Browser execution is used only where rendering or interaction is required to prove the outcome, and you can see which probes ran on every Observation.
Are these prices final?
They are launch hypotheses that we are testing with design partners. Prices may change before general availability. Anyone who starts during the pilot keeps their price for twelve months from the date they first pay.
What happens when a probe cannot run?
The Observation records an unknown outcome with a reason (runner error, timeout before first byte, browser capacity, blocked by bot protection). Unknown never counts against your journey availability and never opens a critical Event on its own.
How do voice and email journeys work?
They are part of the Business and Enterprise plans as a cross-channel allowance. Voice probes place real calls through telephony partners, so they carry a per-minute allowance rather than being unlimited.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual contracts map to coverage and response commitments (Watch count, interval, retention, support), not to raw consumption discounts alone. Talk to us for annual terms.
Is there a free trial?
During the pilot, accounts are opened by invitation and we set up your first journey with you. Starter and Team will include a 14-day free trial, with no card up front, when signup opens. We also offer a free external journey assessment for one public path.
