Use case · Software as a service
Prove sign-up, sign-in and your core workflow after every deploy, from outside your own stack.
Prove sign-up, sign-in, core workflow and public API from the outside, and catch material changes on every deploy.
Journeys worth assuring
Sign up and activate web
Sign-up touches email verification, billing and onboarding. Growth teams notice a broken funnel in the weekly numbers; you should notice in minutes.
Sign in with SSO web
Enterprise customers arrive through identity providers you do not run. An IdP metadata change locks out a whole account.
Core workflow web
The one thing customers pay for, exercised end to end with a real test tenant.
Public API api
Status, latency and response shape for the endpoints your customers build on. Shape changes are behaviour, not outcome.
SaaS teams ship constantly and depend on identity providers, email, billing and their own public API. ScoutSentinel runs the journeys customers actually complete, from outside the stack, and correlates failures with your deployments.
Release annotations
Connect GitHub and every deployment becomes a marker on the timeline. When a journey’s behaviour fingerprint changes nine minutes after a deploy, the Event says so. When nothing was deployed, the Event says that too, and points at the dependency.
Repairs under your control
When a selector moves after a front-end release, eligible browser steps can receive a scoped locator repair. Healing is off by default. Review verified suggestions, or let an administrator enable verified automatic repairs for single-browser checks. Each applied repair creates a new Watch version and preserves the original failure; success criteria, entered values and destinations stay protected. Mixed-channel and phone-script repairs are not supported.
Why now
- Deploy frequency is high, so the risk of a material change slipping through is daily, not quarterly.
- Enterprise contracts carry availability commitments; you need your own independent evidence when a customer disputes uptime.
- Status pages are only credible when they reflect what customers can actually do, not what internal health checks say.
Assure your first saas journey
Describe the capability in plain language. ScoutSentinel proposes the plan, you approve it, and the first evidence arrives within minutes.
